Bio Trust Vanilla Collagen clumps in my verry hot coffee.

I baught two bags of Vanilla Collagen Proteen from Bio Trust and it clumped up in my verry hot cup of coffee. You said it wasn't suppose to do that How do I stop it from clumping.

I guess in order to hear from you I must go through this review. All i want is a phone number to cal????

There is too much red tape to go through to get ahold of customer service. No wonder people are getting irritated.

I need to talk to a PERSON. I love your products and have not had a question until now.

Youre a big enough company that I would think you would have a readily available customer service line that was easily accessed. Please dont tick me off and make me go to Dr Gundry or somewhere else where I have amazing customer service.

BioTRUST - Received invoice for $3250

Received an email invoice for $3250 today. I have NEVER ordered anything from this company.

Plus, I don't take vitamin supplements. Reporting this to the BBB and contacting an attorney for fraudulent billing

I received an invoice for $3250 as well. I cancelled my auto ship way back in the beginning of 2016 and have heard nothing from them since. Must be a scam.

They just send me an invoice for 3250.00. I don't even know who they are but the phone goes into a fast busy signal when I call.Don't Just cannot get anyone from the company to respond.
